Brain meltdown - how to install miche supertype seatpost

Ok, I am having a complete meltdown here. I can't for the love of god figure out how to open up the piece that goes on the saddle. The instructions says that you are supposed to unscrew something, but there is nothing to unscrew....

Anyone know how to install it?

The allen key bolt that sits in the sadel piece seems to be missing. So problem solved, just need to get the shop to send me a replacement one!
