I have just fitted mine on lavoro the other day. Just the rear one, no need and not enough clearance for the front one (toe overlap).
On the back on the new lavoro the bridge is quite high so I had to fiddle a bit there as well. I've put a zip tie on the mudguard and made it into a small ring and then zipped that with two zip ties on each seat stay just underneath the bridge and adjusted them so that they are tense and the mudguard is centered on the wheel.. Damn, I could have put a picture or just use 10x less words If my english was better :D
