For Sale: Mercian Track Frame 56cm

I've finally admitted it's too big and I am looking to sell to fund a new Mercian Strada Speciale (which this frame is based on)

This frame has never been built, just a few very small marks from storage. I have contacted Mercian who have confirmed it is from 1990 and is in their words "a very special frame"
Comes with the Tange/Mercian headset and constructed from 531c tubing
I am looking for best offer over £300 (new one is £650 and 5 months build time)
