Nice "Chris Jeucken" number plate!
Chris has/had a bike shop in Venray/Limburg (NL). He was also a small frame builder. You can still find some bikes with his name on it. Perhaps built by the man himself and not just labelled.
And one of the mechanics of the NL team squad, if I remember well. Nice person, nothing to do with this bike, though.
The stem on this bike is far too long, I think (or your corpus / arms must be very long). Most riders who had such a bike used a 6 to 8 cm stem.
Must be one of the first Gazelle Lo Pros, since the later frames had the SL cables below the BB shell.
Most probably a former team bike of Gazelle, Amstel Bier or Jo van Aarle team.
