Those YST Threadless Bottom Bracket have gotten me out of tricky situations/saved a few decent frames, they're pretty cheapo tho tbh.
You'd definitely want to use threadlock on them and get them in as tight as you can.
They're available in 119mm and 122.5mm - 68mm versions only as far as I know.
