I'm all for riser bras, but gizmond's bike is not practical for "the streets" because it is a track bike, made for track racing. and that's what he uses it for. This is why I find the whole thing amusing.
@giz. ermm dunno. on my race bike it's the adjustable needle roller bearing onde 7700?
on my fixie/rollers/training bike I have an ultegra or 105 road version which works and is sealed cartridge bearing.
get the better one.
