guessing that the person you were gesturing to had already taken off, hence the need for a sarcastic one?
however my advice would be dont let them take you- block them first or make sure you are the hardest hardcore mf that shoots from the lights faster than a speeding bullet,
I have a friend that makes a flat open right handed wtf? gesture a lot to people who confuse/ drive badly etc- seems to comunicate the general numptiness quite well.
