  • oh and the scaphoid isn't tiny, it's the second largest bone in your wrist and transmits almost all of the pressure of the thumb in a fall, hence the reason it cracks.

    I think I broke C or B, enjoyed two lovely months inplaster. Spent christmas eve in the Hospital and got to meet Father Christmas the next day.

    Still feels a little sore in the cold. Oddly cycling is the one thing that rapidly improved the movement in my wrist after having it pinned. Couldn't stand up on the bike though at first so curbs and potholes were a problem.
