To be fair I bought the lock ages ago for another bike. In the back of my mind I did wonder if it was enough and realise that thieves will get past most if the really want to but I should have done my research.
There is a camera right above where it was taken from so there's a vague chance it'll be on CCTV but I doubt that'll make any difference.
i agree that warning people about locks is a way to go, but i simply dont understand what goes on in this city anymore. i've just been to japan and i've seen so many cool bikes (like the one attached) with nothing but a bread pack wire locking them. granted, most japanese bikes are the unisex commuter type, but those they dont even bother locking to a rail.
