Pros: great location, additional common space
Cons: shape, slant, no lights
Euros location - southwark
Pros: huge, 2 courts possible, local resident support, minor council support
Cons: would need complete build, nothing around
Highbury Fields - islington
Pros: supportive council, lights
Cons: surface?, massive so will need to be divided for polo
