2009-10-20 - Rider Down/Fatality, Victoria Embankment

Clipped by a scooter, judging by the post above and the fact that one was seen within the blocked off area of road on the day. What happened after that is unknown.

I meant in terms of why did a spill in traffic at perhaps only 10mph result in her death? It's the seeming absence of a major crash that has really disturbed me, for some reason. But this lady's story doesn't seem to made the papers, so I can't find any official reports. I wondered if anyone knew more.
