Don't worry dude - hadn't forgotten. The bike will have a brand new chain on it (same as the one that's on there but blue) Mirky87 is nicking the silver one for his bike, cos apparently a blue chain won't match his shiny new black paintwork. What a tart.

If I wasn't on JSA, I'd buy that.
Title says it all really - it's a 57cm Peugeot Elan GT - carbolite plus frame and structually v good condition but has a fair fews scratches and chips, but absolutely no dents or cracks.
Parts on it are as follows: Weinmann Type 500 brake calipers (the pads are like 4 months old). Lyotard Pedals (Both spin well although the right pedal has a bit of rust). Front wheel is a Weinmann Rim on a Maillard hub, Rear is an Alex Z1000 rim on a ?? Hub (can't see any identifying marks on it, probablly another Maillard though) - bearings in both are solid. Tyres are Bontrager Race Lite B - still a load of life left in them. I have no idea what the stem, seatpost or cranks are.
The only things I added to the bike are the dodgy chopped down bars, horrible pink Dia-Compe Dirt Harry levers (these are bmx size levers I had to file out to get to fit) and the chain and freewheel, oh and new brake cables.
It's great fun to ride and is pretty much ready to ride away on - apart from the fact it doesn't have a saddle.
I'd like somewhere in the region of £80 for it - I'm based in Reading, but should be able to get it to Paddington station fairly easily. any questions PM me here or email cpb80@btinternet.com
Cheers
Chris
