Wanted: Old/Broken lugged frames

Hi there,

Sorry to repost this but when the server went down I lost all the thread, replies and PM'd offers.

I need a few lugged frames for my 3rd year minor project research.

Doesn't matter condition wise, cracks, bends, dint's, bit of rust or just unwanted... as long as it IS LUGGED! MUST BE LUGGED STEEL!

Frames will not be used for any kind of profit etc, purely uni research.

I can collect your frame, I'm based in Brixton so would prefer Souths / Central postcodes pickup, but if theres not much going i'll trek up north.

i'm truly sorry for hi-jacking your thread

but for a small DIY project i need a nice rear brake bridge (lugged steel) and the seat stays it sits on.
if such a part goes spare from your research sammy, please let me know.
if anyone else sits on a totally ruined frame with that part still functional, please let me know

And i was like ' yes its behind you, look'

She was like ' i cant exactly just give you a bicycle frame, to a random person'

Im just stood there thinking how much of a bizarre coincidence it would be, if a thief strolled into the office and knew there would be a broken lugged frame behind reception waiting for him.. she was obviously bored
