What size bars are the nitto B 123's? 22.2mm?

I'm about to buy a brake lever but want to check the width of the bars first, im thinking of buying a dirty harry, they have a 25.4mm clamp and a 22.2 mm shim.

Will the brake fit the bars?

the clamp area is 25.4 but the lever will be going on the hand area which is around 23.8mm so a dirt harry without shims, or just one shim, should be fine.
