Contrary to popular belief all this "a Guinness has the same amount of calories as a Sunday dinner" stuff is a pile of crap, about 220 per pint, that's less than a pint of orange juice.
Baileys however, well, um, that's 3270 per bottle...
I worked out on the Circle Line ride I ended up consuming about 5400 calories from Baileys, Guinness & Jamesons, good times indeed.
