You can re-chrome, but that's going to cost some money.
Also, you can consider to re-paint the whole F&F, incl the chrome.

I believe it's 62 c-t, but confirmation is recommended.

hmm, could do, the whole thing just looks a bit odd. 60's/70's stem/bars with 90's cranks saddle and seat post, no idea what the hubs are. is it tubs?

seller doesn't give too much info plus i only understand 70%. would u help me?

I was told by a restorer that re-chroming weakens the metal and he won't do it. I hear cola and tin foil works quite well.
