i dont shop in there often, my girlfriend does cause she has a crazy diet and HFM has a lot of what she needs. We do also shop locally; butchers, indie organic places, groceries n that, but HFM does some things surprisingly cheap.
It's just hard to find somewhere to shop that does good food for you and doesn't fuck someone over somewhere else. It's hard to gauge whether or not it's true because the media loves a good dog fight.
It's just pushing me ever closer to fucking off and setting up my own farm.....
