Exactly. I have my seat back as far as it goes on my Nelson. The seat tube is very steep which gives the relatively short top tubes. Good for the track and getting in a good position but not so good on the road (too much weight on hands), hence needing the seat way back. It works though as it is the same as having a couple of degrees of slack.
