The schwin rims are a different size to an english cycle, or is this for a cruiser?
Try the vintage bike company, they do steel rims at £20 each.
With regaurd to the chain try a bearing supplier such as bramer but if its a single speed cycle chain I believe that can only be a 3/16 or 1/8 wide.
