great pic, you can really make out the chicken strip at the top 8" of the track where nobody rides. the bit of unmolested wood where no rubber has been.
You normally only see it very clearly when you're riding close up there.

staying in Oldham, not that it matters as I will be at the velodrome from 8 till 11 the first two days and going straight home after the session on sunday.

I'm going to this. It will be the first track event I've been to and really looking forward to it. Sadly I'm going on my own as all my mates are either lazy, unmotivated, tight or lacking in taste. It would be really good to meet up with some people while I'm there. I'm going on the Sunday. Anyone travelling up on sun or going to be there who feel sociable? Is there a lfgss group going there?

They've all fucking cancelled.
If anyone has a spare Sunday ticket, please get in touch. Even if it's last minute!
