Dude that totally sucks, £30 pounds wont even make the guy blink... did u find out who he works for so that you can at least let his employers know what a twat they have working for them...
The whole storty is harrowing, this could have gone so so badly wrong and left you properly fucked up.. seems the justice system only seems to work when somthing serious actaully happens ie i bet that if ud ended up in hospital they would have found a way to charge him...
Either way sucks for you dude, and hope that it doesnt affect your confidence when cycling...
