Former showjumper Christopher Robertson jailed for injuring cyclist

Still rather get knocked off by a posh twat who has a load of money,
than some uninsured twat in a stolen car who is still pissed on last nights white ace.

Its not how long he spends in jail that I would care about,
its how much money i would get for my injuries, and how quickly my bike would be replaced.

Nope, I am interested in jail sentances as well. I want people who use cars as weapons off the street. And I want people who drive dangerously to be aware that there are severe consequences for doing so.

The fact that the driver here intentionally drve at someone really pisses me off. It is exactly the same as me swinging a crowbar at someone's head and claiming I only meant to 'clip' them. I suspect that the latter would land me more than a couple of years in jail and I totally fail to see what the difference is with a car.
