I'm not sure if similar thread was already created or not, but it would be great for the morale of other cyclists, if we could hear some positive stories about insurance claims, police reports etc.

Any similar stories... Apart form an instant justice vigilante stuff. More interested in the bureaucracy. Oh you know what I mean, even if it's not written in a plain English :-)
