110mm is not common, so you may have trouble finding that spacing of rear hub very cheaply, but good luck.. Maybe you can just spring the frame to 120? It won't hurt it.
As for the front axle diameter issue, I have an old campagnolo record pista front hub (world logo), 36h, that has had filed off two tiny sections of the axle to accomodate that kind of smaller front dropout. It's now unlaced and doing nothing in my parts box. It could do with a polish to make it gleam. Runs smooth and in good overall condition, spoke marks not serious, (was laced 3x). Yours for £30 (+ post if necessary).
