Yeah that guy is a muppet. I had the misfortune of getting stuck behind him through Rusholme one day. He actually said 'yeah I'm bombing down to Owens Park now, innit', despite being overtaken by cars. In Rusholme. At like 4 pm. How is it even possible to cycle that slowly? Dick.
