Yes TDF came within 2 mins of the house....but I was in the thick of design for the Roadracers, couldn't find the time to visit. Sold shedloads now though, so it's 2 months snowboarding at La Cluzas for me this winter.

Nice, I missed the TDF too as all my friends who work at Salomon were given the day off for it so we went Downhill at Les Gets instead. I've just been riding powder today up on Le Semnoz. Had to hike for a bit but bright skies and 20cm of fresh snow and people building up a few decent kickers Moving to London on Sunday for a new job after a year out here freelancing..pretty depressing leaving just as the season starts but I guess you have to work for a living.

After a really dry summer it's snowed for about 10 days solid. Should be a good base in La Clusaz now.
