I just moved from London to CPH a few months ago...
It's fucking expensive. If you have the option to get more expense money do it. Don't go to the tourist bars in the centre, you'll pay upwards of £6 a pint (50dkk). Vesterbro (red light district, seedy, rad) and Nørrebro are cheaper and much cooler areas to go drinking... If you're anything like me you'll burn through that 6500 pretty quick. I never know when to stop drinking and the bars here stay open until 5-6am. Then there's morning bars where you can continue. The Danes like a drink ;)
I'm heading back to Aus for 6 weeks shortly which is a shame, I could have shown you around a bit!
The track bike shop over here is pretty good, but as you would expect, expensive. The dude that runs it is a really cool guy tho.
