I thank you! The man's a tofu-munchin' genius! He recorded the entire album in his apartment in NYC.
And he's fucking good live - saw him at Brixton and he was on for about 2hrs.

Kings Of Convenience - Quiet Is The New Loud
Kings Of Leon - Because Of The Times
Beck - The Information
Hercules & Love Affair - Hercules & Love Affair
William Elliott Whitmore - Ashes To Dust
William Elliott Whitmore - Songs Of The Blackbird
Carl Craig - More Songs About Food & Revolutionary Art
The Arcade Fire - Neon Bible- many on kings of convenience, the information, hercules+love affair and W.E.W.
However, and the same with most peoples quotes about Arcade Fire - Surely Funeral is a far more coherent [and ultimately "better"] album than Neon Bible [which is still magnificent]?

I'm with Pisti on the MGMT LP... That's a solid piece of work, Fleetwood Mac for the 00s... And Corny's M.I.A. pick, great record... My picks are Too Much Guitar by The Reigning Sound and Bad Mood Rising by The Tearjerkers... You probably won't have heard of them... Apocalypse Dudes by Turbonegro and Welcome To The Infant Freebase by The Soundtrack Of Our Lives don't quite qualify, cuz they're a bit too early... But they rule...
