park hill could be amazing, i'm willing it to be, as i'd like an apartment there.i was up on the roof with a guy from urban splash in the summer, a friend of mine was doing some artwork for them, it's going to look good but it's just so big it's going to take so long to finish it and there's not enough people people here to move in, it's not going to be the barbican, i think it will end up mainly social housing with the same problems.
unite de habitation is simply awesome, you should go there's an hotel there, we've been a couple of times, the new owners it trying to put back original fittings.we went a years ago and it was basic but now it's much better, the same goes for marseille.
you can also rent a room at the unite in berlin, very cheaply, also in the aalto and jacobsen blocks in the teirgarten
i love le corbusier, we nearly bought a house by him in bordeaux a few yeas back, in pessac, but bottled it as a bloody tgv line went passed the houses.it was cheap but not that cheap.
