I agree with Marky - when there has been a problem in the past Steve has always been super quick to sort it out. He's always said to us - if there is a problem we need to tell him - so I think it's simply a case of letting him know the situation and he will sort it out.
They've always looked after us before.
EDIT: If you're emailing him anyway snowy can you mention it?
