Appears to be. Pretty cool though thanks skelator. That almost nails it. If I was being fickle (which I am) I'd mention the threadless steerer and hideous graphics... but it's a good price and closer to what i'm after than anything by Bob J or Mercian et al.
EDIT: Oh yes, just spotted the lack of eyes on the fork too.
