Jruiter's Inner city concept bike

The short wheel base would make a bizarre riding experience, doubt it would be comfortable long distance but would be a blast to try in the city. The tricks guys might love it too.

as per the other threads this bike fails in so many ways, and does not appear to be a better solution to any of the problems it attempts to resolve than bikes that are already available
