I did call the Police via 999 straight away and they said they would circulate the number. I never had any call back so guess that lead nowhere. The operator said I needed to go to the station and report it but tbh it's hardly likely to be followed up, particularly as it was the passenger and not the driver. Hopefully their system puts a comment on the car which will get flagged up if it ever gets stopped. Similarly I'd like to think it would trigger ANPR equiped cars. Any coppers on the forum?
I have the reg no sat on the dashboard of my van and am keeping my eyes open for the car.
