Stolen bikes

The source of the problem is merely people buying stolen bicycle almost knowlingly so, and if there's people who are willing to pay their moderately-earned cash on stolen bicycles, there's always going to be a market for stolen bicycles.

100% percent agree.. the people who buy stolen bikes are as deplorable as those who steal them.
