Y but when you read such revalatory stories of peoples experiences from places such as Cyclefit and the bike whisperer, one thinks there must be somthing in it. Hopefully it is not just people trying to justify the expense to themselves.

i would have gladly paid though as unlike BMMF i have an imperfect physiology which means i needed footbeds to correct pronation and knee stability issues.
but you are right. unless you go for a bike fitting you have no way of knowing if you will benefit from it.
