Thanks for the comments.. :) The frame seems to be in very good nick for it's age yes.. I suspect it must be from about 1986-1990.. Again it dosn't look like it has been used that much.. chainrings and the cassette are not worn that much... But it was stored really badly so I suspect the rust on the crome has come from moisture in the basement where I found it.
I think I'll try to remove the worst rust-spots from the crome, fix the headset - perhaps it'll be fine after a clean->regrease and then just start to building it up.. :)
