But hang on, those are three very different words. It's typically British to have an extremely specific expression to describe every last detail.
Fluted - refers to the shallow, concave grooves that run along the length of the tube.
Crimped - refers to the method by which such grooves are sometimes made.
Profiled - refers to the unusualness of the tubing in cross-section.
