Is it possible to fix this without changing the tubes?

take it to car body shop and see wat they say, did look on the net i think theres a place in derby,,,long.. plus the frame's not worth it,,, but im not keen now,,,, i still got a beater so not top on the list.. cool, thanks for the advice guys.. no welding, no eatin through tubes etc.......

does that mean you want to pass it on?
