I must admit when I had a quick look at it yesterday I was suspicious. I'm not an expert but know a bit about De Rosa frames having owned a few, and I've never seen that logo design before. There is one trademark of De Rosa steel frames to check for, are the chainstays diamond shaped?

It's a De Rosa, but not from the legendary Ugo de Rosa.
