Have this frame for sale, and enough other bits lying around, most of what you'd need for a quick build, geared or ss.

Ha! : ) Seriously.
My requirement of a small frame has cursed me for years.

Ya I saw that... was hoping but too big I think. I am used to the 52, so just a bit out of range. Thanks for the heads up though.

Does that mean the riders too small then? I'm just considering an offer on it, and gauging the other interest about?

Hey dave,
Rider is probably too small, and honestly don't have the wherewithal at the moment to do a build from the ground up.

Hi KoalaBoar
You clearly like your vintage / Unique bikes. I've got this one for sale at the moment.

Now you're here in Britain you can't get much more quintessentially British than BSA. Fresh refurbish job. If you need I could arrange to do a build up and sell you a rolling machine ready to go. It's a 54, so at the top end of your stated size range, but should fit you by your reckoning. You can be quite sure nobody else will have one like this.
Regards,
Herohirst.
Hi there.
I am new to London having moved from Toronto about a month ago and sadly had to leave my bicycle behind. As such I am in the market for one so I can stop walking everywhere.
I am looking for a single speed, preferably, or an older 6,7,8 speed bicycle. 52 cm would be an ideal size however anything in the 50-54 range would probably work. It would be great if it was a complete bike as I am staying somewhere that doesn't have a ton of space to work on bicycles not to mention the fact that I also don't have any tools at the moment. However I would consider frames that have been partially built up too.
Back home I rode an old Gardin (was a Toronto framebuilder) 8 speed racer made with nice crimped columbus tubing and outfitted with a range of Campag parts (Record Cranks and Hubs, Veloce Shifters, etc...) In light of this I am looking for something with some decent steel and reasonably decent components though I am also not looking to break the bank. A healthy balance between cost and quality might be the best description.
So if anybody has something lying around they would be interested in unloading please let me know.
Cheers
