Ever since I went back to 44/11 ratio, (previously 44/14)
I've been hearing a worrying noise every now and again.
It's like a "crunk" noise.
Is the ratio causing stress to something? I feel as though it may be the crank arm.
I think I push too hard.
Ideas?
