Would it be seen as cheating to have a filled in frame that went to within a balls width of the floor?
The frame equivilent of a disc?
Poor form and certainly against the LHBPA rules. -
• #54
you will have a hard time finding forks with a long enough steerer
-
• #55

-
• #56

Poor form and certainly against the LHBPA rules.
What about MCC rules? Queensberry? Seriously? We have rules about bikes now? Beyond "two wheels, bar ends plugged, something to slow you down before hitting the wall"? Whatever happened to the days of "rule#1 : Dont be a cunt" ?

Rule 1 still covered it as it would be dickish to start fastening things to, for example, your downtube and BB to close the 5 hole. Catch up eggpie. x -

but you could get yourself one of these...
-
• #68
shit it took me a whole 3mins to realize that is actually supposed to be a bike frame
WTF -
• #69
Yeah me too...
Hmm how much would one of those cost? Could they accomodate my 27 wheels?! :-)
-

Here's another one in Milwaukee.

I've just got hold of a set of Sillgey wheels - they look weird being 20", I keep thinking they are a long way away.
-
• #72
sorry for digging up an old thread here, very old
but anyway, how do i get one of these!? guess i have to order from America but that sounds costly...
i want one so bad
-
• #73
I have vague memories of Tokyo Fixed Gear selling them (or something similar), I could be talking total bollocks though but it might be worth phoning them.
-
• #74
TFG sold the cycroc, dunno if they still do though.

doesn't look very hopeful, i looked on the sillgey on the site I think you can get hold of them in america, one day I might get some one in the family to take it home with them(half the family lives there)
yes, FTW.
I guess it keeps the wheelbase short and allows playing the ball round the front easier.
