im 15 and ive kinda been in the middle of these kind of people.......
joelovesfixed, I value what you have to say. The only anger against your own experiences, is that felt by those who feel the most emasculated by gang culture, and state of society which says that when arrested, these bike thieves should then be given expensive holidays, and should never be touched, even if in the processed of attacking someone for their bike.
slaytanic has had more than his share of misfortune regarding bikes, so his ire is to be expected.
But I'm all for 15 year olds joining in our cycling passion, and adding to our knowledge base.
Anyone that says that at 15 one cannot have a lot of life experience, must have grown up in such a priviledged fashion, they could hardly see life for the Playstation in front of them. I have learnt alot from the kids in this country, even from 8 year olds. In fact, WHAT some of them know, is shocking......regarding school life here.
In fact, I think some of us adults, would rather not believe what is going on. My daughter told me some things about kids in her class, 4 years ago, when she was 13, that I still find not very easy to accept. But as a sage has repeatedly said.......**This Is London My Friend. **
