Repairing a Gore-tex pac-lite jacket?

mine has about 4 ripped holes, i now call it a pore-tex

you can't really sew it, because it will have to be taped.

Yeah I used to sell all this stuff from a hiking/outdoor adventure shop when I was younger, the woman who did repairs for us used to use the patches, but she must have heated it up or something and bonded it somehow, I can't remember how she did it, but the repairs were literally invisible, they were so well done.
