Still testing proto-types, possible release by september from what i've heard, Teds modified the geometry a couple of times and currently testing the latest version, I think its close to being finished.

Just noticed the Charge Scissor Fork is listed on the Evans website http://www.evanscycles.com/products/charge/scissor-fork-ec019793?utm_source=froogle&utm_medium=froogle&utm_campaign=froogle#show=0
But listed as contact them for availability, hopefully the full frame should show up soonish then....
Anyone know the specs for the Scissor Forks: A2c & steerer length mainly.... thinking the Fork might be nicer on my Volume Cutter than the DMR that's on there at the moment....

It will be lower than your DMR forks by a mile, sub 420mm, I think 415mm if I remember rightly.
