I have a Raleigh Europa which I'm about to take all the parts off of:

It's in poor condition. It has a few dents, lots of scratches, even some rust. The saddest bit is that the headset is also in poor condition (indexed steering), but can't be replaced because Raleigh used their own threading standard - 26TPI instead of 24TPI. You could replace both headset and fork. You might be able to service the headset, but that's beyond me.
You're welcome to have it for free if you can wait a few weeks.
Anyone got anything? Muguard and rack fittings a must. Cheers
