how much is as cheap as possible? are you talking £50 or £200?

Good luck mate!obviously this is not going to be a top quality frame+fork. quite a few have went under £100 on ebay(was kind of put off before by reading about some having vertical dropouts and trying to adjust the chain) so £100 is quite reasonable price i think.
a nice went for £200 which i would of been tempted to buy if i knew about it.
