I've been trying to get a decent steel frame which is a little tatty to paint matt black with hammerite (you hate me) and build a commuter bike.
I came across this bike last week but it was reserved but found out today it is still for sale. It's the perfect size for me as a road bike but a little small for a commuter as I would want to use it with risers.
I currently live in the Alps but need a commuter bike as might be moving to london for a job hence wanting something that looks crap for a all round bike i can lock up anywhere.
Do you think this bike is a bargain? It's €100. COuld I sell it for that / in parts for that in london / swap the frame for something steel?

It's a Look carbon / kevlar frame. Shimano gears. Rigida red anodised rims (need trueing). Look pedals. Seat's a bit rubbish. Horizontal drop outs. Couldnt see branding on crackset.
Any issues with this frame?
