seems like they're all made in china recently and i think it shows. i bought some of those red safaris, and not only was the construction way more minimal, but all the white of the outsole has cracked...WACK!
dunno about the parras. instinct says they look more hefty, so i'd say thai or vietnam. you could ask the end as they have 'em
