Wanted: Ready to go beater

A friend who just moved to london would like to start cycling again. Anyone have a beater that with little to no work being done can be used for an everyday london commute? Based in NW6.

price range £80-£120, not fixed but SS or old ten speed would do nicely!

Im in the process of sorting out about 12 road bikes from the 70's/80's in various states of repair. Some ready to ride and some not just need a brake cable or puncture repair etc. Let me know what size your after and i will see if there is anything suitable if you aint already got sorted that is.

theyre dmr wingbar cromo's chainreactioncycles has some, but i'm sure if you looked around you'd find them cheaper.
